Step 1: General Instructions for All Submissions Please fill out and submit the following form to proceed with your proposal submission. Upon submission of this form, an email notification will be sent to the email address designated below that will allow for editing until the submission deadline. All information submitted by the deadline will be considered final as no additional editing can be made after deadlines have passed.

If your proposal is accepted for the meeting, your name and affiliation will be included in the printed program guide and mobile app as provided below.

Acknowledgement:

All who are invited to participate in the program as Session Organizers, Session Chairs, Moderators, Presenters/Speakers, Discussants, Panelists, Oral/Poster Presenters, etc. will be required to register for the meeting and pay all applicable fees, attend the meeting in-person to present, and make their own travel and housing arrangements paying all expenses on their own. The Primary Contact/Author selected as a finalist for the Thomas C. Chalmers Student Scholarship and the Primary Contact/Author selected as the recipient of the Sylvan Green Travel Award will be required to attend the annual meeting in person to present; however, meeting registration (except for optional ticketed courses/events), travel, and hotel will be covered by SCT. If your submission is accepted for inclusion in the program, the Primary Contact/Author and all confirmed faculty listed (if applicable) will receive a form to read, acknowledge, and agree to the terms in formally accepting the invitation to present at the meeting.
