MEETING REGISTRATION

Advance Registration for the SCT 34th Annual Meeting is now closed. However, it is still possible to register onsite at the meeting at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. Registration for the meeting (Monday May 20 - Wednesday May 22) and the optional workshops (Sunday May 19) is still available.

Beginning Sunday May 19, the SCT registration desk will be open every day at 7:00 AM. The SCT registration desk will be located in the Ballroom Foyer on the 2nd Floor of the Sheraton Boston Hotel.

• NOTE: To expedite your onsite registration, download, print and complete the onsite registration form and bring it with you to the registration desk.
• NOTE: Students, please be sure to have student ID to ensure the student rate.

MEETING AWARD & SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNTIES

The Society offers two opportunities for scholarships to the SCT Annual Meeting:

• The Thomas C. Chalmers Student Scholarship is open to students enrolled in a degree program of an accredited college or university, or post-doctoral fellows. Three finalists will receive travel and hotel expense support in order to present their papers at the 2013 Boston meeting. The student judged to have the best paper will receive a $500 cash prize.

• The Sylvan Green Award program is open to physicians and dentists involved in clinical trials and epidemiological programs. One winner will receive travel and hotel expense support to present the paper at the 2013 Boston meeting.
