Kay Dickersin

Kay has been Director, Center for Clinical Trials, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health since 2005. Kay has been a leader in the fight to make registration of clinical trials a requirement worldwide. Kays publications on the existence and extent of publication bias are classics. Kay has been a member of many national and international advisory panels dealing with clinical trials, meta-analysis, and treatment guidelines. Kay serves as the overall US Center Director of the Cochrane Collaboration and is an active member of the National Breast Cancer Coalition. Kay has been an active member of SCT serving on numerous committees; she was elected to the Board of Directors, was elected to serve as President 2008-2009, and currently chairs the Publication Committee.
