PROBLEM: I try to login using my correct credentials, but get redirected back to the empty login form?

SOLUTION:

• STEP 1: Navigate away from the login page (ex. go to SCT homepage)
• STEP 2: Clear your web browser cache
  • Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > under [General] tab click the [Delete...] button. Make sure "Temporary Internet files", "Cookies" and "History" are checked and click the [Delete] button.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Tools > Clear Recent History... > For dropdown menu "Time range to clear", select "Everything". Click [Clear Now].
• STEP 3: Navigate back to Member Login page and attempt to login.
