2010 SCT Fellow: Stephen George
 Steve has been involved in the leadership of clinical trials for many years, directing the statistical centers for a major pediatric cancer center and one of the large NCI-funded cooperative groups, the Cancer and Leukemia Group B cancer cooperative group. He has served as a member of numerous clinical trial data monitoring committees as well as the FDA's Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee, several journal editorial boards and a number of ad hoc committees addressing special issues in cancer clinical trials. Finally, Steve has been a long-time, active member of SCT serving on several Program Committees, and the Nominating, Publications, Education, Finance and Policy Committees. He has also served on The Board of Directors and as President.
