2009 SCT Fellow: Joseph Collins
 Joe Collins has contributed to the coordination, conduct, and leadership of clinical trials and has provided significant service to the SCT.
Serving as the Director of the Perry Point MD, VA Cooperative Studies Coordinating Center for over 20 years, he made major contributions to the practice of clinical trials in psychiatry, substance abuse, epilepsy, Gulf War illness, ophthalmology, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease ,including the NHLBI/VA DIG trial.
His service to the Society has been extensive including membership on the nominating, Program, and finance Committees and tenure as an Associate Editor of the Societys Journal.
